3 Project Title : Development of nanostructured TiO2 based photocatalysts for antiviral and antibacterial activity
Expected Outcome : The proposed antiviral and antibacterial activity can be used for the hospitals, diagnostic centre and public places to reduce the spread of COVID 19. The nanostructured TiO2 based antiviral activity will facilitate the adsorption of the virus on the surface and consequently damage/degrade the virus by production of reactive oxygen species (ROS) under normal white light.
Expected Timeline : 06 months

4 Project Title : Mapping Sources of Stress, Well-being, and Coping Strategies among Students during COVID-19 Pandemic
Expected Outcome : 1. This research will provide a solution in building up public/student-centric health systems, which pre-empt and prevent, feedback loops driven by the burden of human misery. 2. It will provide a platform to developing an effective ICT based physical and mental health care information system for educational institutes. 3. This research aims to offer governments and policymakers evidence-based strategies to improve public and clinical intervention systems. 4. It will provide ways to build resilience, evolve models of mental health beliefs, social support and solidarity for future pandemics or any other emergencies
Expected Timeline : 07 months
Remarks : Objectives of the research: 1) To identify sources of stress during COVID-19 among students. 2) To examine the impact of various stressors on wellbeing of students during COVID-19. 3) To explore coping strategies during COVID-19 among students

8 Project Title : Detection of COVID-19 virus from the Ph of blood
Expected Outcome :
Expected Timeline :
Remarks : Detection of the COVID-19 virus by knowing the PH of blood. In a normal human, the blood is alkaline in nature i.e PH is greater than 7(7.35-7.4). The Covid-19 virus gets attached to the host ACE2 at PH nearly 5.4 . Thus, when PH of the blood in humans is changed from 7.4 to 5.4 we can easily say that a person is suffering from covid -19 VIRUS. Moreover PH of the blood changes due to shortness of breath, which is a common symptom of COVID-19 virus. Treatment: AMMONIUM CHLORIDE can be given to Covid-19 patients effective compared with hydroquinone and chloroquine.

9 Project Title : Synthesis of Drugs for The Prevention of COVID-19
Expected Outcome : The proposed work is aiming to address some outstanding issues in the synthesis of drug candidates for the treatment of corona virus using a much improved catalytic system.
Expected Timeline : 24 months
Remarks : It is crucial to develop safe and effective vaccines to control the COVID-19 pandemic, eliminate its spread, and ultimately prevent its future recurrence. In order to rapidly discover lead compounds for clinical use, we planned for the synthesis of different drug candidates as well as screening to identify new drug leads that target the COVID-19 virus.
